Hiring, HR Manager / HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations:

    Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management.
  • HRIS Specialist:

    Manage and maintain HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Training & Development:

    Design and implement training programs for employee skill enhancement.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with statutory and Labour department regulations.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare HR reports and maintain records for audits and management reviews

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and HRIS systems.
  • Understanding of Labour laws and statutory compliance in India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
