Hiring HR Manager (CoE), based in Hyderabad As the HR Manager for our new Hyderabad office, you will play a critical role in shaping and fostering an effective work environment, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Partnering closely with our functional People Business Partners you will co-create and implement specialized HR programs and solutions, ensuring every initiative is compliant with Indian employment law and resonant with local cultural norms to drive employee engagement and high performance. Role Overview The role requires an experienced HR professional who can independently manage the end-to-end HR function and play a critical role in shaping and fostering a strong organizational culture.
