As the HR Manager at K.G.Overseas Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus. - Experience as an HR Manager in the FMCG sector. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
