Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Dwarka New Delhi.
Experience Required: 7–9 Years
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or related field
Industry: Electrical Contracting / Engineering / Infrastructure

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR Manager role at Corporate level with 7 to 9 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in an electrical contracting or similar industrial environment. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, especially the Factory Act, 1948 and Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (CLRA). Strong team management, legal compliance expertise, and a proactive approach to HR strategy/Policy making are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Strategy

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • To design and formulate HR policies/SOPs as as per the requirement of the organization.
  • Manage full employee life cycle from on boarding to exit.

Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR MIS.

2. Labour Law Compliance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with Factory Act, 1948, CLRA Act, 1970, and other applicable labour laws.
  • Liaise with government departments, legal advisors, and auditors for statutory compliance and inspections.
  • Maintain and update registers, records, and licenses as per statutory requirements.

3. Contract Labour Management

  • Supervise compliance and documentation for contract workers.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper adherence to labour regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of contractor sites.

4. Employee Relations

  • Resolve employee grievances and ensure a healthy working environment.
  • Conduct disciplinary procedures in accordance with legal and ethical practices.
  • Foster open communication channels between management and staff.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Conduct training and development sessions for junior HR staff.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of labour laws and legal compliance.
  • Excellent command over Factory Act, 1948 and CLRA Act, 1970.
  • Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
