As a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new joiners. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. - Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture. - Manage all documentation and paperwork related to the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment and onboarding activities.
