Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compliance, and HR policies to ensure a productive and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee engagement, performance evaluation, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle grievance management and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training, development, and career growth programs.
  • Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Support management in organizational planning and workforce management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
