The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support both management and employees. Key Roles: Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding). Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled candidates. Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals. Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Foster a healthy and positive workplace culture. Provide guidance to managers on employee performance improvement plans. Maintain employee records in accordance with regulations. Administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave management. Forecast workforce requirements and succession planning.
