Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategies and ensuring seamless payroll operations, while also overseeing all other critical HR functions & operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with all labour laws and company policies

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

2. Compensation & Payroll Management

3. General HR Management viz;

• Leave & Attendance Management
• HR Policy Development & Implementation
• Compliance Management
• HR Systems Management
• Training & Development
• Exit Formalities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree (MBA in HR) is preferred
• 7-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
• Proven expertise and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and payroll function
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, particularly those applicable in Haryana
• Proficiency in HRIS / Payroll software and MS Office Suite.
