Job Description

As a Human Resources professional in our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the full scope of HR responsibilities and collaborating with the team on strategic initiatives. Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing our human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong work ethics, flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude. - Possessing knowledge of PF, gratuity, ESIC, and labour laws. - Fluency in both English and Hindi languages. - High proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google products. - Managing end-to-end recruitment process, particularly for IT roles. - Utilizing strong negotiation skills. - Driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. - Overseeing HR operations such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-3 years of experience, with a focus on IT industry recruitment. - Education background: MBA in HR or equivalent. - Immediate availability to join. - Demonstrated strong recruiting skills and ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies. - Expertise in training managers and employees. - Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Attention to detail and good judgment.,
