HR Manager

As a key member of our team, your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights essential for our business operations. You will be responsible for designing and creating professional presentations for client pitches, team meetings, and other business-related events. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, sourcing and attracting candidates through active and passive recruitment methods, and screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating interview schedules with hiring teams, assessing candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit, and on-boarding coordination. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content for presentations, translate technical information into visually appealing slides, and coordinate training and development programs. Responding to operations and employee queries on HR matters, managing leaves, attendance, and absenteeism, maintaining employee records, handling employee concerns and grievances, identifying suitable candidates, and mentoring new team members will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you will be actively involved in employee retention efforts, conducting counseling sessions, facilitating exit interviews, and providing feedback along with an action plan to the business. Your role will require you to work full-time in person during day shifts, and preferably, you should have at least 2 years of experience in HR-related roles. Your dedication to mentoring and actively engaging new team members will be crucial in achieving our organizational goals.,
