Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with at least 2 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR policies, payroll, employee engagement, and help shape our company’s culture as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR policies, compliance, and employee records.
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Support performance reviews & appraisal processes.
  • Drive employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Provide support in conflict resolution and grievance handling.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
