Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical reps, pharma marketers, production staff, QA/QC executives, and support teams. Develop talent pipelines for critical pharma roles. Coordinate with functional heads for manpower planning. 2. Onboarding & Induction Conduct structured induction programs covering company policies, pharma regulations, and ethical marketing practices. Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires. 3. Compliance & Statutory Management Handle compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements. Maintain records in line with pharma industry norms and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) audits. Support documentation for inspections, certifications, and government audits. 4. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, grievances, and welfare activities. Plan and implement employee engagement programs to retain talent in a highly competitive pharma sector. Promote an ethical, compliant, and performance-driven culture. 5. Performance & Training Support in implementing PMS (Performance Management System) tailored for field force and plant employees. Coordinate training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, GMP, and regulatory compliance. Track employee development and assist in building career paths. 6. HR Operations Manage attendance, payroll inputs, leave records, and HRMS data. Prepare HR reports (attrition, headcount, recruitment status, etc.) for management. Draft and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving). Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in HR (preferably in Pharma / Healthcare / Manufacturing sector). Understanding of pharma industry HR requirements, compliance, and manpower challenges. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
