Warehouse Manager

As the Warehouse Manager, your role involves a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the pharmaceutical warehouse. Your main duties include: - Regulatory Compliance & Licensing: - Act as the Competent Person under the Delhi State Wholesale Drug License. - Ensure compliance with Drugs and Cosmetics Act & Rules for storage, labeling, handling, and record-keeping. - Maintain and renew licenses (wholesale drug license, GST, trade licenses) and support inspections by the Drug Control Department. - Warehouse Operations: - Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products. - Ensure proper segregation and handling of products according to schedule. - Implement FEFO and FIFO systems for product rotation. - Monitor temperature, humidity, and security systems for product quality protection. - Inventory Management: - Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or warehouse management system. - Conduct regular stock reconciliations and address discrepancies. - Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams for supply chain planning. - Quality Assurance: - Monitor storage conditions, including temperature logs for cold chain drugs. - Execute recall procedures and manage quarantined stock. - Maintain necessary documentation for audits and inspections. - People & Process Management: - Supervise warehouse staff and provide necessary training. - Implement GSP and GDP practices for staff. - Establish and enforce SOPs for warehouse operations.
