Procurement Executive in Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and procure pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs, excipients) and packaging materials from approved vendors. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain and competitive pricing. Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and compliance standards. Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Ensure procurement activities comply with GMP, GDP, and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations. Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records in ERP or procurement systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities. Assist in audits and regulatory inspections related to procurement processes. Handle import/export documentation (if applicable) and liaise with logistics partners for timely delivery.
