Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
15+ years in HR, with 3+ years in an HR Manager role (engineering/manufacturing experience preferred)
Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices & HRIS systemsStrong leadership, communication & interpersonal skillsHands-on experience with recruitment, performance evaluation, and KPI/KRA implementationProficient in Microsoft Office & modern HR tools

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
