Job Description

As an interested candidate, you will be responsible for various aspects of employee engagement, exit formalities, grievance handling, and industrial relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling new joiner onboarding process and addressing any issues during the probationary period. - Maintaining accurate employee data records and conducting regular audits for data accuracy. - Providing support in resolving conflicts among employees or between employees and management. - Having compliance experience with NABH will be considered an added advantage. - Recruitment of Hospital Staff. **Qualification Required:** - MBA/PGDM This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work location for this position is in person at Ankura Hospital, Gachibowli.
