Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Experience Required: 3+ yrs experience in general HR activities

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM- HR

Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training programs
Develop HR policies aligned with company culture and growth strategy
Manage payroll, benefits, and statutory requirements
Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Proven experience in managing HR functions in a mid-sized organization
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
Familiarity with labor laws and ESI and PF
Passionate about building a positive, high-performance work culture
