Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager – Recruitment to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, improving employer branding, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements. Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, campus hiring, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a strong employer brand through online presence and outreach. Design and optimize recruitment workflows and metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.). Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process for key roles. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies during hiring. Manage and train the recruitment team. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience in recruiting for [specific industries like IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.]. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus. Familiarity with diversity hiring practices. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
