Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asterisk Dialer Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize our Asterisk-based VoIP dialer systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and daily operation of the dialer system, ensuring high availability and performance to support our call center operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Asterisk-based dialer platforms (Like., Vicidial, GoAutoDial, FreePBX, or custom solutions). Configure campaign parameters, dial plans, call routing, and agent settings. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime. Collaborate with IT, operations, and sales teams to align dialer settings with business goals. Analyze call data and provide regular performance and efficiency reports. Integrate the dialer with CRM systems, databases, and third-party applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Stay updated with the latest telephony technologies and recommend improvements. Requirements: Proven experience managing Asterisk-based dialer systems (Vicidial, GoAutoDial, etc.). Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), dial plans, and Linux-based environments. Familiarity with networking (IP, NAT, firewalls) and system monitoring tools. Basic knowledge with MySQL, PHP, and basic scripting (Bash/Perl/Python). Ability to troubleshoot issues at both system and application levels. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Advantage of Certifications in VoIP or Linux administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating dialers with CRM or lead management systems. Background in call center operations or telemarketing industries.
