Job description Job Description: Sales Team Leader About Us: AgroVikas is a leading organization in the agricultural sector, committed to delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Leader with experience in BPO or call center environments to lead our sales team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s (B.Sc) or Master’s (M.Sc) degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or any Graduate with equivalent experience. Field experience in agriculture is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 30+ sales agents, ensuring effective performance and motivation. Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Work flexible shifts as required. Drive the team to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement. Generate and present regular performance reports to management. Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and sales techniques. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a team leader in a BPO, call center, or contact center. Proven track record of achieving sales goals. Experience managing a team of at least 20 individuals in a call center environment. Familiarity with dialer systems and sales processes. Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; strong writing skills in English.
