Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist IT and Non-IT candidates through job portals, professional networks, and social platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic and video interviews with candidates.
Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds, ensuring efficient scheduling and feedback loops.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
Leverage digital tools for remote assessments and written tests to evaluate candidate intention, contribution, execution, skills, and planning ability.
Collaborate with leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and KPIs

Preferred candidate profile

Post Graduate (any discipline) required.
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, with hands-on sourcing and selection expertise.
Comfort with digital recruiting tools and remote assessment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with urgency and deliver results against ambitious hiring targets.
Willing and able to join immediately preferably with short notice period or availability within 15 day
