Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn Conduct discovery calls and understand customer pain points Schedule and deliver online product demos Share proposals, handle negotiations, and close sales Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity logs Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams post-sale Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Must-Have Skills Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi + English) Proven ability to sell to small and medium businesses Experience in B2B software, ERP, CRM, or SaaS sales preferred Strong follow-up skills and sales discipline Basic tech understanding (CRM tools, Zoom, WhatsApp Business, Email) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, or similar) 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales Freshers with exceptional communication may apply What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives Hands-on training + sales playbook + leads database Growth path to Sales Manager or AE role Vibrant team, tools, and ongoing mentorship
