Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and a strong understanding of various technologies and hiring platforms. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top tech talent to support our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define role specifications. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and networking. Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills through initial screening. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics. Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future openings. Stay updated with industry trends and IT hiring best practices. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in IT recruitment (preferably in both permanent and contract hiring). Strong knowledge of technical roles like Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Time management and strong decision-making ability. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field. Experience working in a consultancy or staffing agency is a plus. Certifications in recruitment or HR practices (optional but beneficial).
