About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development. The HR Intern will work closely with HR professionals to support daily operations and contribute to key people initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates aspiring to build a career in Human Resources. Outstanding performers may be offered a full-time opportunity upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

· Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

· Maintain and update employee databases and HR documentation.

· Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.

· Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations.

· Provide support in performance management processes and feedback systems.

Who Should Apply

· Freshers, students, or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR development.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate degree in any field.

· Pursuing/completed an MBA, BBA, or Diploma in HR is an added advantage.

· No prior work experience required; freshers are welcome.

· Available to work from the office in Hyderabad.

· Internship Stipend: ₹8,000 per month.
