About the Role:

We are inviting applications for an on-site HR Internship opportunity at SG Gurukul. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR operations, event coordination, and institutional collaborations in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Maintain employee data and HR records
• Support planning and execution of collaborations
• Assist in day-to-day administrative HR tasks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field
• MBA candidates preferred
• Candidates who have completed their education will be given priority
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
