Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship agreements.
  • Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction process for new joiners.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Conduct initial screening calls for potential candidates.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
