HR Internship

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for people and a desire to learn about the day-to-day operations of an HR team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and completing necessary paperwork.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,528.28 per month
