HR Internship

As an HR Intern at our fast-growing startup based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations of Human Resource Management. Your passion for creating people-centric systems and your ability to take initiative will be instrumental in shaping our employee experience and culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, employee handbook, and processes aligned with the organization. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding. - Design feedback frameworks and employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment. - Handle leave management ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, and Gratuity. - Collaborate closely with the Founder to provide support in management and compliance tasks. - Organize company events, manage logistics, and coordinate travel arrangements. - Complete forms, applications, and statutory documentation for events and permits. - Work with leadership to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong understanding of Indian employee-related laws and HR compliance. - Ability to independently set up HR systems and processes. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRMS exposure is an advantage. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
