Job Description

As an intern in this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment databases. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication during the hiring process. When applying for this opportunity, the following skills and qualifications are required: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes. - Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities. Additionally, during your internship, you can expect to gain the following learning outcomes: - Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. - Development of communication, screening, and coordination skills.
