The HR Intern will support the HR team in executing various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and other HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Onboarding Assistance: Help with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation, setting up orientation schedules, and facilitating a smooth entry for new employees.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Assist in gathering and analyzing HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Training & Development: Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and other employee development initiatives.
Performance Management: Help track performance review cycles, gather feedback, and support ongoing performance management processes.
Employee Relations: Participate in employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions to help foster a positive work environment.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
General Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and other tasks as needed.
