Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics.
  • Support HR audits and compliance-related tasks.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
