Recruitment: Assisting with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and potentially conducting initial interviews. Onboarding: Helping new employees with paperwork, orientation, and setting up their accounts. Employee Records: Maintaining and updating employee information in HR databases and files. Employee Relations: Responding to employee inquiries, assisting with basic issues, and potentially contributing to conflict resolution. Administrative Support: Assisting with various HR-related tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Event Coordination: Helping to organize and coordinate HR events, such as team-building activities or training sessions. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Payroll and Benefits: Assisting with the collection and verification of payroll and benefits information. Training: Potentially assisting in developing training materials or conducting training sessions. General HR Support: Providing support to the HR team in various other tasks and projects as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with HR processes and procedures (preferred). A proactive and positive attitude.
