Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Duration: [ 2 months]
Stipend: [ 8k-10k]

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial HR screenings via phone or video calls
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment practices and platforms
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
