Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern at WebSeeder Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. The primary responsibilities include posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure a positive employee experience and effective HR operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
