Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation. High performers may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
• Help maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Assist in policy communication and employee queries.
• Participate in HR projects such as performance management, learning & development, or recognition programs.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Enthusiasm for learning HR practices and contributing to a dynamic workplace.

Work Schedule:

• Work From Office (WFO)
• 6-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off
• Work timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Stipend: 15K to 18K INR

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
