HR Intern

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to acquire hands-on experience in the HR domain within a dynamic and supportive environment. As an HR Intern, your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities such as posting job openings and screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, supporting HR operations like record-keeping and documentation, participating in employee engagement activities and events, as well as other tasks assigned by the HR team. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
