HR Intern

Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication. Support onboarding processes, documentation, and induction programs. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and reports. Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications. Support employee engagement activities and internal events. Help in implementing HR policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
