Business Developer (Internship)

About the Role We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns to join our team at [Institute Name], a leading coaching institute for JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses. As a BDE Intern, you will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building strong relationships with parents and students, and contributing to the growth of the institute. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and have strong communication and persuasion skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in student acquisition and enrollment for JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs. Reach out to prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, and counseling sessions. Understand students’ learning needs and recommend appropriate courses. Support in planning and executing marketing and outreach activities (seminars, webinars, school visits, etc.). Maintain and update the student database (leads, follow-ups, conversions). Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students. Promote the institute’s brand and build long-term relationships with clients. Requirements Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales, marketing, and the education sector. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite.
