Medanta is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to join our team!
Location: Medanta – Gurugram (preferably candidates based in or near Gurgaon)
Working Days: 6 days a week (On-site) Stipend: Available Duration : 6 monthsWhat you'll be doing1. Support the Talent Acquisition team in TA Operations, including sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate management.2. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview schedules.3. Coordinate with candidates for smooth interview processes.4. Assist in HR documentation, offer process, and onboarding support.5. Contribute to HR initiatives, events, & process improvements.What we are looking forMBA/PGDM students specializing in HR or fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in Human Resources.1. Good Communication & interpersonal skills.2. Strong coordination, multitasking, and attention to detail.3. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.4. Preferably based in or around Gurgaon.5. Available to work full-time from the office ( 6 days a week)
