Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain practical experience in Human Resources. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with our HR and leadership teams, supporting key functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational culture building. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how HR contributes to business growth and employee success in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening resumes via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates during the recruitment process Support new hire onboarding, induction, and documentation Maintain and update internal employee databases and HR dashboards Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, offer letters, and other HR documentation Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events Help manage attendance records, performance tracking, and leave management Address basic HR-related queries and support day-to-day operational needs Who We’re Looking For: Students pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn Team player with a positive attitude What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in core HR functions Exposure to a high-growth, purpose-led startup environment Opportunity to work on live projects with mentorship from experienced professionals Certificate of Internship on successful completion Potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance
