Blackfrog Technologies, a Manipal-based technology startup specializing in manufacturing medical devices, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the recruitment function. As an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified company, we have developed patented systems that improve immunization supply chains, enabling the delivery of efficacious vaccines to even the most remote areas of India and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fulfilling journey in the field of HR. As an HR Intern at Blackfrog Technologies, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment processes. This 6-month internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR and eager to kickstart their career in recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate in writing and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. - Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in scheduling interviews. - Coordinate and follow up with candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in campus hiring events. - Provide support on other HR projects as required. Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Effective organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
