Job Title: HR Intern Location: Noida Sec 62 Experience- 0 - 6 Months Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern with around one year of experience in technical recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of the recruitment process, basic knowledge of IT roles, and a passion for finding and engaging talent. In this role, you will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating the hiring process, supporting our effort to bring top technical talent to the organization. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Conduct initial resume screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for IT roles. Communicate with candidates to introduce them to our opportunities and assess their interest. Interview Coordination & Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate interview details, feedback, and next steps to candidates. Support the recruitment team with tracking candidates and maintaining records. Administrative Support: Update and maintain candidate data within the ATS to ensure an organized recruitment process. Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials as needed. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for team meetings. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement: Help promote the company’s employer brand by engaging with candidates on social media and job platforms. Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs when needed. Provide a positive candidate experience by responding promptly to inquiries and updating candidates on the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Basic understanding of IT roles, terminology, and industry trends. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, Strong communication and organizational skills.
