Responsibilities 1)Completely will be give trained with On job Training on All HR aspects in Recruitment and HR Backend Operations. 2) Sourcing right candidates from different job portals and social media. 4)Connect daily with the Colleges for Campus Drive Tie ups & candidates for closing the open requirements, explain them about the job role and the company profile. 4)Scheduling interviews through our Virtual system on daily basis & check interviewer’s feedback 4)Maintaining the HR Report on daily basis Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. Do Backend Joining at HRMS And verification new joiners. 6) A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent. *Requirements* Any Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably Gradautes ) with south Indian languages added advantage or Any Experienced who worked in short Term in small firms with no PF and ESIC looking to Restart their HR Career.
