HR Intern

About the Role: At Mithila Stack, we offer interns a hands-on opportunity to explore real HR work in a fast-paced startup environment. As an HR Intern, you will not just support recruitment and onboarding but also take part in end-to-end office operation management , gaining full exposure to how a business is run behind the scenes. This is more than an internship – it’s a place where freshers grow into professionals through ownership, responsibility, and teamwork. What You’ll Learn and Do: Recruitment & Hiring: Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring teams. Draft and promote job descriptions using Canva and social media. HR Operations: Maintain attendance records and help in performance tracking. Assist in onboarding processes and employee documentation. Support internal reporting and employee database management. Office Operations: Assist in daily office coordination and intern team management. Help plan team activities, internal training, and basic administrative duties. Contribute to building a productive and professional workplace culture. Communication & Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders on internal HR policies. Coordinate with external contacts like colleges, clients, and vendors. Use tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, and Google Meet to manage communication. What We’re Looking For: Passion for HR, business, and people management. Willingness to learn and take ownership. Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, and social platforms.
