This isn't about fetching coffee. This is about getting your hands dirty in the core engine of a startup: its people. We’re running a 12-week program designed for someone who wants to get hands-on with the real side of hiring, team building, and performance management, you'll be working directly with me (a founder with 10+ years of scaling startups) to help us grow smarter and faster.

Your Mission (What You'll Actually Do):

You'll be my right hand in all things talent and team operations. Your role is critical. Expect to:

  • Own the Hunt: Dive into the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing intriguing candidates and scheduling interviews to helping us make those final, tough calls.
  • Be the Culture Glue: Help track team performance, organize activities that boost morale, and find new learning opportunities to level up everyone's skills (including your own).
  • Optimize Everything: Use your digital savvy to organize data, streamline our HR processes, and bring new ideas to the table on how we work; while moving fast.

  • A natural hustler who gets things done without needing to be micromanaged.
  • Curious and ambitious, always looking for the next thing to learn and a better way to do things.
  • Solution-oriented, with a knack for turning ideas into execution.
  • Comfortable with basics like email writing, Google Workspace, and AI tools to make your work easier.
  • A clear communicator who isn’t afraid to ask "why" or "how can we improve this?"
