The ideal co-worker (you) will be responsible for closing and revenue. This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Closer. The Sales Closer will be responsible for closing sales deals, working on new leads generation, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, managing escrow processes, and ensuring all deals are successfully closed. The role will require effective communication with clients and a deep understanding of money and funds.


Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the person who turns warm leads into serious investors. Your job is to help them understand the opportunity, answer their concerns, build trust, and walk them through every step—from the first message to the final transaction.
  • You’ll engage with people in your network, follow up with leads from our campaigns, and even attend offline events, business groups, or investor clubs if needed. Every conversation matters—and your mission is to close with clarity, not pressure.
  • You’ll also share real feedback with the team so we can improve. If you have a network, know how to use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or any digital platform simply know how to talk with confidence—this role could change your income game.
  • You’ll be given clear sales targets and commission-based goals. You'll work independently on your targets. You'll own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing the deal.


You must be:

  • A people-first communicator who listens more than you speak, but when you speak—it hits.
  • Calm under pressure, but hungry to win. You don’t chase. You close with conviction.
  • Quick on your feet. You ask the right questions and handle objections without losing your cool.
  • Comfortable with commission-only during probation—because you believe in your skills and value.
  • Reliable, emotionally mature, and someone we can count on to follow through.


Qualification

Ability to close deals, take forward the company vision, respect co-workers, hustler with a growth mindset, and curious learner.
