Trading Yatra is looking for a driven and growth-focused Sales Closer who can handle full-cycle communication & sales in our webinar model.
- Call leads and get them registered for upcoming webinars.
- Explain event details, agenda, and value.
- Follow up with registered participants to ensure attendance.
- Share joining links and resolve last-minute doubts.
- Follow up after the webinar with warm leads.
- Understand their needs and recommend the right course/product.
- Handle objections (price, trust, timing) confidently.
- Convert hot leads into paying customers.
- Update CRM / Google Sheets daily.
- Share conversion reports & feedback with the team.
- Lead a team of 5–10 sales closers.
- Assign leads, monitor performance & review calls.
- Train new closers using scripts & objection-handling methods.
- Ensure daily targets are met for the webinar model.
- 1–3 years experience in telesales / ed-tech / customer calling
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Target-driven, consistent, disciplined
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp follow-ups & CRM
- Wants fast growth and leadership responsibility
- Fixed pay + attractive sales incentives
- Rapid promotion to Team Leader (within 3–5 months)
