Through her guidance, thousands have found clarity, emotional freedom, and lasting transformation. About the Role As a full-time Remote Closer, your core responsibility will be to lead high-trust enrollment conversations with warm inbound leads those who've already shown interest in transforming their health. This is not a freelance gig. We're looking for a performance-driven professional who treats sales like a craft and wants to build mastery in it. Your Mission Drive ?10L/month in new business revenue Close 10+ units of our Offer (?1,00,000 price point) and other Programs every month Lead 56 qualified sales calls per day, 6 days/week (100120/month) Achieve a minimum 10% live close rate on Zoom Follow up with non-buyers using our reactivation systems Keep CRM and tracking sheets updated daily KPIs & Metrics Call Show Rate: 80%+ Live Close Rate: 10%20% Daily Call Load: 56 inbound calls Weekly Hours: 50 (MonSat) Availability: 9 AM 6 PM IST on Slack Compensation Base Pay (Draw): ?20,00025,000/month Commission: 10% on cash collected Expected Earnings: ?80K1L/month @ 10% close rate ?1.6L2L/month @ 20% close rate You'll Thrive in This Role If You: Have prior experience in high-ticket sales (wellness, coaching, education, etc.) Are emotionally intelligent, consultative, and performance-driven Want to work remotely, full-time, with serious growth upside Are comfortable using CRMs, handling follow-ups, and working in a fast-paced team
