Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern (Founder's Office). The HR Intern will support the Founder's office by assisting in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. Daily tasks will include candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, managing HR documents, and assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures. The HR Intern will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and coordinating HR projects.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and candidate sourcing skills
• Experience in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's or ongoing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
