💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

Foto Owl AI is redefining how photographers and event organizers manage and distribute media. Our AI-powered platform automates photo distribution, enhances sponsor visibility, and streamlines the entire event media experience — making professional media management effortless and impactful.

We’re looking for a dedicated HR Intern who is passionate about people, culture, and helping build strong teams. You will work closely with the founders and hiring team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR operations. This is an in-office role, giving you hands-on exposure to how HR functions inside a fast-growing AI startup.

• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection processes
• Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and culture initiatives
• Draft job descriptions, maintain hiring trackers, and manage application pipelines
• Support HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks
• Collaborate with team members for smooth internal communication and workflow
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR fundamentals and interest in recruitment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking ownership
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a startup environment
• Bonus: Prior coursework or experience in HR, psychology, business administration, or related fields
